The invention discloses a driving circuit of a high-precision optical icing detector. The driving circuit comprises an infrared transmitting circuit, an infrared receiving circuit and a signal processing circuit, the infrared emission circuit is used for emitting an infrared light modulation signal with the wavelength of 940nm and the frequency of 100Hz; the infrared receiving circuit is used for receiving the infrared light modulation signal and outputting the infrared light modulation signal to the signal processing circuit; and the signal processing circuit is used for filtering and amplifying the infrared light modulation signal. According to the invention, a received optical signal can be converted into a voltage signal, interference of background light can be effectively filtered, and the received signal can be amplified at the same time.
