The invention discloses an aircraft undercarriage emergency discharge actuation unlocking system and a using method thereof.The aircraft undercarriage emergency discharge actuation unlocking system comprises a sleeve, a motor, a speed reducer, a coupler, a ball screw and a push rod, and the motor, the speed reducer, the coupler, the ball screw and the push rod are sequentially arranged in the sleeve and coaxially connected. The motor drives the speed reducer to rotate to drive the internal transmission mechanism, and the ball screw transmission mechanism converts rotational motion into linear pushing, so that the push rod in the electric control actuator cylinder moves forwards to push the uplock rocker arm to unlock. In order to achieve the reset function of the electric control emergency actuator cylinder, the electric control actuator cylinder needs to be provided with a detection device, the detection device mainly comprises an in-place sensor for receiving an unlocking success signal of an uplock undercarriage, and after the electric control actuator cylinder receives the signal, a motor rotates reversely to drive a ball screw transmission device to move reversely to conduct reset.
本发明公开了一种飞行器起落架应急放电作动解锁系统及其使用方法,包括套筒、依次设置在所述套筒内并同轴连接的电机、减速器、联轴器、滚珠丝杠以及推杆,当飞机正常放失效时,飞机进入应急状态,此时电源驱动电控作动筒,电机驱动减速器转动,驱动内部传动机构,由滚珠丝杠传动机构将转动运动转变为直线推动,使得电控作动筒内部推杆向前运动推动上位锁摇臂进行解锁。为实现电控应急作动筒复位功能,电控作动筒需要安装检测装置主要有到位传感器接收上位锁起落架开锁成功信号,电控作动筒在接收信号后电机反转带动滚珠丝杠传动装置反向运动进行复位。
