The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile brake control, and discloses a speed control gear and a brake deceleration control method thereof. A P-gear button (1) is pressed down, force is applied to a steering wheel, under the action of the force, the position, where a strain sensor (4) is installed, of a gear deforms, the magnitude of the applied force is judged according to the deformation amount, a motor is requested to execute different negative torques according to the magnitude of the applied force, and the deceleration of a vehicle is controlled; braking force generated by hydraulic pressure is used for supplementing, and the overall deceleration is kept to meet the control target. The device is used for achieving different deceleration of a vehicle, a driver can conveniently and manually control deceleration, meanwhile, deceleration is achieved through braking force recycled by the motor, and the endurance mileage is increased; even under the condition that the eboster or the ESC breaks down, speed reduction can be controlled through the gear, redundant braking of the automobile is achieved, and the safety of the automobile is improved.

    本发明属于汽车制动控制技术领域,公开了一种控速怀挡及其制动减速控制方法。按下P档按钮(1)并向方向盘方向施加力,在力的作用下,怀挡安装应变传感器(4)的位置产生形变,根据变形量判断施加力的大小,根据施加力的大小请求电机执行不同的负扭矩,控制车辆的减速度,在电机许用能量回收力矩不满足请求值时,使用液压产生的制动力补充,保持总体减速度符合控制目标。本发明用以实现车辆不同减速度,方便驾驶员手动操纵减速度,同时采用电机回收的制动力实现减速度,增加了续航里程;即使在ebooster或者ESC故障的情况下,也可由怀挡控制减速,实现车辆的冗余制动,提高汽车的安全性。
