The mobile charging robot with the charging alignment mechanism comprises a mobile base, a guiding mechanical arm and an energy storage assembly, a charging gun electrically connected with the energy storage assembly is installed on the energy storage assembly, and the guiding mechanical arm comprises a clamping assembly and a mechanical arm body; the clamping assembly is connected with the mechanical arm body through a charging alignment mechanism, the charging alignment mechanism comprises a first connecting piece installed on the mechanical arm body, a second connecting piece fixed to the clamping assembly and a first elastic piece used for connecting the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, and the first connecting piece is rotationally connected with the second connecting piece. The first elastic piece enables the second connecting piece to be kept at the first circumferential position relative to the second connecting piece. According to the scheme, the requirement for the alignment precision of the visual alignment system is lowered, the manufacturing cost of the visual alignment system is lowered, and the insertion precision below the millimeter level which is difficult to achieve by the visual alignment system is achieved.
