The invention relates to a cooling unit with a liquid cooling structure, a power terminal and a charging gun, the cooling unit comprises a unit main body and the liquid cooling structure, the liquid cooling structure comprises a heat conduction part and a liquid cooling pipe, the heat conduction part is arranged on the outer side of the unit main body, and heat generated when current passes through the unit main body is led out; the liquid cooling pipe is arranged on the outer side of the heat conduction part and is configured to convey cooling liquid so as to take away heat conducted out by the heat conduction part. Therefore, heat generated when the unit main body is electrified can be timely discharged, so that the unit main body can be kept at a relatively low temperature while transmitting a large current. Moreover, according to the liquid cooling structure, only the heat conduction part needs to be arranged on the outer side of the unit main body, and the liquid cooling pipe needs to be arranged on the outer side of the heat conduction part, so that the assembly is simple, and the assembly efficiency of the liquid cooling structure on the unit main body is improved.

    本发明涉及一种具有液冷结构的冷却单元、功率端子及充电枪,冷却单元包括单元主体和液冷结构,该液冷结构包括导热部和液冷管,导热部设置在单元主体的外侧,将单元主体在电流通过时产生的热量向外导出;液冷管设置在导热部的外侧,该液冷管被配置成输送冷却液,以将导热部导出的热量带走。如此,就可以及时地把单元主体通电时产生的热量排走,使单元主体在传输大电流的同时保持一个较低的温度。不仅如此,由于该液冷结构仅仅需要将导热部设置到单元主体外侧以及将液冷管设置到导热部外侧即可,从而使得装配简单,提高了液冷结构在单元主体上的装配效率。
