The superheat degree control method comprises the steps that when a heating mode of the vehicle heat pump air conditioning system is started, the expected opening degree of an electronic expansion valve under the current working condition is predicted through a pre-established prediction model, and the expected opening degree is set as the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve; and after the preset time is delayed, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted through a superheat degree feedforward control method and a superheat degree feedback control method at the same time, and adjustment is finished until the difference between the actual value and the expected value of the superheat degree is lower than a first preset value.
