The invention discloses a high-strength trundle for mining machinery and a preparation method of the high-strength trundle. The high-strength trundle comprises a mounting plate, a base is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting plate, dampers are fixedly connected to the two sides of the top of an inner cavity of the base, pressure buffering plates are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the dampers, and supporting shaft columns are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the pressure buffering plates. By additionally arranging the damper, the shaking force generated by the supporting shaft column in the moving process due to the terrain environment or bumpy road surface can be effectively relieved and eliminated, so that the moving stability of the supporting shaft column is improved, meanwhile, the moving stability of equipment is also improved, and the working efficiency of workers is greatly improved; according to the supporting frame, the trouble of workers is solved, the requirements of the workers are met, the anti-rust effect can be achieved by additionally arranging the anti-rust coating, the supporting frame is prevented from being rusted and damaged after being used for a long time, and therefore the service life of the supporting frame is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种用于矿山机械的高强度脚轮及其制备方法,包括安装板,所述安装板的底部固定连接有底座,所述底座内腔顶部的两侧均固定连接有阻尼器,所述阻尼器的底部固定连接有缓压板,所述缓压板的底部固定连接有支撑轴柱。本发明通过增加阻尼器,可以有效的将支撑轴柱在移动的过程中因地势环境或颠簸路面产生的晃动力度进行缓解并消除,从而提高了支撑轴柱移动的稳定性,同时也提高了设备移动的稳定性,大大提高了工作人员的工作效率,不仅解决了工作人员的麻烦,也满足了工作人员的需求,通过增加防锈涂层,可以起到防锈的作用,防止支撑架长时间使用出现锈蚀损坏,从而提高了支撑架使用寿命。
