The present invention relates to a system and a method for charge control between battery packs connected in series, configured such that a battery pack having a higher voltage charges a battery pack having a lower voltage when the battery pack is stored while connected to the system and a voltage difference between the two battery packs is large, therefore, the voltage difference between the battery packs can be reduced.
