The invention provides a new energy automobile charging plug anti-drop mechanism, which comprises a charging gun shell, one end of the charging gun shell is connected with a power connection assembly, and a shell body of the charging gun shell is connected with a locking assembly; the power connection assembly comprises an insertion block inserted into one end of the charging gun shell and a plurality of insertion grooves formed in the shell of the insertion block. The locking assembly comprises a key groove formed in the charging gun shell, a key connected into a groove body of the key groove, and a convex part arranged on one side of the key and integrally formed with the charging gun shell, and a clamping hook rotationally connected with the top end of the insertion block is arranged in the convex part. The locking assembly further comprises an inner locking component connected with the key and a sliding extrusion component connected with the inner locking component. The charging gun can hook the exterior and the interior of the charging port at the same time, so that the anti-falling effect of the charging gun is improved.

    本发明提供了一种新能源汽车充电插头防脱机构,包括充电枪壳体,所述充电枪壳体的一端连接有接电组件,所述充电枪壳体的壳体上连接有锁紧组件;所述接电组件包括插接与所述充电枪壳体一端的插入块,以及设于所述插入块壳体上的多个插槽;所述锁紧组件包括设于所述充电枪壳体上的键槽,连接于所述键槽的槽体内的按键,设于所述按键一侧、且与所述充电枪壳体一体成型的凸部,所述凸部的内部设于与所述插入块的顶端转动连接的卡勾;所述锁紧组件还包括与所述按键相连接的内锁部件,以及与所述内锁部件相连接的滑动挤压部件。本发明能够同时勾住充电口的外部以及充电口的内部,从而增加充电枪的防脱效果。
