The invention relates to the field of online car-hailing systems, in particular to an online car-hailing dynamic route optimization and traffic flow prediction system based on SaaS, and the system comprises a data collection module which is used for collecting online car-hailing driving data and traffic environment data in real time, and providing basic input information for the system; the route optimization module is used for receiving the data provided by the data acquisition module and optimizing an online car-hailing driving route by using a specific algorithm; the traffic flow prediction module is used for performing traffic flow analysis and prediction by using the output of the data acquisition module and providing prediction information of future traffic conditions for the route optimization module; the system integration module is used for summarizing output of the route optimization module and the traffic flow prediction module to form a final driving strategy; by ensuring effective connection and cooperation among the data acquisition module, the route optimization module, the traffic flow prediction module and the system integration module, the whole system can respond to real-time traffic conditions more flexibly and accurately, and optimal driving and route planning suggestions are provided.
