The invention belongs to an image recognition processing technology based on deep learning, and aims to carry out deep mining analysis on monitoring video data which can be acquired by an existing traffic monitoring network, and design a CNN backbone model for the actual condition of vehicle motion in a monitoring video to extract multi-scale features. Based on a Transformer technology, multi-mode information with obvious space-time splitting, such as vehicle characteristics, license plate numbers, vehicle types, vehicle body colors, appearance characteristics and the like, is obtained and processed, a vehicle track multi-attribute tracking technology based on a traffic monitoring network is provided, a vehicle continuous track under multiple monitoring points is formed, and the traffic flow condition is counted and predicted in real time. And public security can be assisted to track illegal vehicles and identify abnormal gathering conditions of vehicles in an area.

    本发明属于一种基于深度学习的图像识别处理技术,旨在对现有交通监控网络的可采集监控视频数据进行深度挖掘分析,针对监控视频车辆运动实际情况设计CNN骨干模型提取多尺度特征,基于Transformer技术获取并处理车辆特征、车牌号、车辆类型、车身颜色、外观特征等多模态、时空割裂明显的信息,提出基于交通监控网络的车辆轨迹多属性追踪技术,形成多监控点下的车辆连续轨迹,并实时统计和预测交通流量情况,可协助公安追踪违法车辆以及识别区域内车辆异常聚集情况等。
