The invention provides a satellite ground long-term storage device and a satellite long-term storage method in a launching site stage. A launching site stage satellite ground long storage device comprises a box body, a heating system, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a control system, a refrigeration system, an air circulation system, a humidity control system and an auxiliary device, the box body is provided with a door, and the door is provided with an observation window and a test hole. The heating system, the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor, the refrigerating system, the air circulation system and the humidity control system are all connected with the interior of the box body. The heating system, the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor, the refrigerating system, the air circulation system, the humidity control system and the auxiliary equipment are all connected with the control system, and the temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the auxiliary equipment are all installed in the box body. The air circulation system is installed on the rear side of the box body.
