The low-frequency vibration reduction and isolation raft frame has the advantages of being simple in structure, good in vibration reduction and isolation effect and the like, local resonance damping unit cell periodic arrangement modes suitable for different vibration reduction frequency bands can be formulated according to different excitation frequencies and different excitation positions, vibration reduction and vibration isolation of the specific frequency bands are achieved, and the application range is wide.
