The invention discloses an energy-saving control system for a variable-frequency direct-drive winch of a petroleum electric drilling machine, and the system comprises an upper integrated monitoring system which is sequentially connected with a switch A, a lower PLC automatic execution system, a PLC main station, and a switch B through Ethernet communication. The switch B is respectively connected with a direct-drive winch A frequency converter and a direct-drive winch B frequency converter through Ethernet communication, a PLC slave station of the lower PLC automatic execution system is connected with each parameter module, and the switch A is connected with a winch drum encoder through a PN/DP converter. The invention further discloses a control method of the energy-saving control system for the variable-frequency direct-drive winch of the electric petroleum drilling machine. The problems that in the prior art, a direct-drive winch is large in no-load current and high in energy consumption are solved.

    本发明公开了一种石油电动钻机变频直驱绞车节能控制系统,包括上位集成监控系统,上位集成监控系统通过以太网通讯依次连接交换机A、下位PLC自动化执行系统PLC主站、交换机B,交换机B通过以太网通讯又分别与直驱绞车A变频器和直驱绞车B变频器连接,下位PLC自动化执行系统PLC从站连接各个参数模块,所述交换机A又通过PN/DP转换器与绞车滚筒编码器连接。本发明还公开了一种石油电动钻机变频直驱绞车节能控制系统的控制方法。本发明解决了现有技术中存在的直驱绞车存在的空载电流大、能耗高的问题。
