The deformation displacement amount after in-place calculation in the hoisting process is quantified in advance, the deformation displacement amount can be avoided in advance in an arching mode, and the mounting accuracy of the reticulated shell is ensured; limited control points are arranged, accurate measurement is achieved, and it is guaranteed that the accuracy of the whole reticulated shell is controllable; air installation is simple, the high-altitude welding amount is reduced, and a large amount of high-altitude operation is avoided.
本发明的一种非匀质网壳单元吊装方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、吊装采用四点以上多点吊装,由计算确定;步骤二、根据负载的重量选取逮子绳长度;步骤三、吊前,主杆节点下的控制点贴全站仪专用反光片,以便就位对中和校正用;步骤四、将吊索具、防坠器、安全绳、安全杆和溜绳,固定在吊装装置上,固定牢靠;步骤五、支撑架顶部标高复查,在支撑节点中心位置设好标记,通过吊装装置吊装。通过提前量化吊装过程中,计算就位后的变形位移量,可以通过采取起拱的方式提前避免,确保网壳安装的精准度;设置有限的控制点,精准测量,确保整体网壳精度可控;空中安装简单,减少了高空焊接量,避免了大量的高空作业。
