The device comprises a longitudinal beam and a longitudinal beam joint, wherein the longitudinal beam and the longitudinal beam joint are of a cylindrical structure; one end of the longitudinal beam is connected with the beam rod, the other end of the longitudinal beam is provided with a connection locking structure, and a locking structure and a plurality of energy guide ribs are arranged in the connection locking structure; one end of the longitudinal beam connector is connected with the beam rod, a locking groove is formed in the other end of the longitudinal beam connector, the end, provided with the locking groove, of the longitudinal beam connector is inserted into the connecting locking structure of the longitudinal beam, the locking groove and the locking structure are locked in a matched mode, and the energy guide ribs and the longitudinal beam connector are welded together through an ultrasonic welding machine. The locking structure arranged on the longitudinal beam and the locking groove in the longitudinal beam connector are matched and locked to conduct preliminary fixed connection, and then the energy guide rib arranged on the longitudinal beam and the longitudinal beam connector are subjected to ultrasonic welding to complete connection of the rod pieces.

    本发明公开了一种用于空间结构在轨建造的树脂杆件连接结构,涉及航空航天技术领域,解决了在轨空间树脂杆件的弧面超声连接质量以及稳定性难以保证的问题。本发明包括纵梁和纵梁接头,纵梁和纵梁接头为筒状结构;纵梁一端和梁杆连接,另一端设置有连接锁紧结构,连接锁紧结构内部设置有锁紧结构和若干导能筋;纵梁接头一端和梁杆连接,另一端设置有锁紧槽,纵梁接头设置有锁紧槽的一端插入到纵梁的连接锁紧结构内,锁紧槽和锁紧结构配合锁紧,若干导能筋通过超声波焊机与纵梁接头焊接到一起。本发明通过纵梁上设置的锁紧结构与纵梁接头上的锁紧槽配合锁紧进行初步固定连接,再通过纵梁上设置的导能筋与纵梁接头进行超声波焊接完成杆件的连接。
