The invention provides a method for integrally forming a fuselage of an unmanned aerial vehicle and the fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: integrally forming a first fuselage empennage skin unit and a second fuselage empennage skin unit, and respectively forming a bulkhead, a longitudinal beam, a floor, a stabilizer beam, a stabilizer rib, a rudder beam and a rudder rib of the fuselage; the first fuselage skin mold serves as an assembly tool, and a bulkhead, a longitudinal beam, a stabilizer rib, a rudder rib and a stabilizer beam and a rudder beam which are connected in advance are installed on the first fuselage empennage skin unit; the second fuselage empennage skin unit is installed on the first fuselage empennage skin unit; the first covering cap, the second covering cap and the hatch cover are cut off from the fuselage skin assembly; cutting the first empennage skin unit and the second empennage skin unit; mounting the hatch cover on the hatch cover mounting hole, and reinforcing the hatch cover mounting hole. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, the number of tool molds and connecting fasteners is large, and cost is high are solved.

    本发明提供了一种整体成型无人机机身的方法及无人机机身,该方法包括:一体化成型第一机身尾翼蒙皮单元和第二机身尾翼蒙皮单元,分别成型机身的隔框、纵梁、地板、安定面梁、安定面肋、方向舵梁和方向舵肋;以第一机身蒙皮模具为装配工装,将隔框、纵梁、安定面肋、方向舵肋和提前连接的安定面梁与方向舵梁安装在第一机身尾翼蒙皮单元上;将第二机身尾翼蒙皮单元安装在第一机身尾翼蒙皮单元上;将第一、第二口盖和舱盖从机身蒙皮组件上切下;对第一和第二尾翼蒙皮单元进行切割;将舱盖安装在舱盖安装孔上,对舱盖安装孔进行补强设计。应用本发明的技术方案,以解决现有技术中工装模具及连接紧固件数量多、成本高的问题。
