The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft brake systems, and relates to a control method for reducing pollution backlash of a brake system, after receiving an undercarriage retraction signal, a brake controller judges the undercarriage retraction signal, and when the undercarriage retraction signal received by the brake controller is changed from'invalid 'to'effective' and is true and effective, the brake controller judges the undercarriage retraction signal; the brake control valve controls the airplane wheel to stop rotating for a first set time; and when the'landing gear take-up signal 'received by the brake controller is changed from'effective' to'invalid 'and is true and effective, the brake system performs self-inspection, and after all devices in the brake system operate normally, a third control signal is sent to the brake control valve after a third set time is delayed. Through delay control, it is ensured that the brake control valve works again after the undercarriage is completely put down, the influence caused by the recoil effect can be effectively reduced, implementation is easy, and the effect is large.
