A balancing control system for an aircraft steering column comprises a balancing controller, a manual balancing switch, an automatic driving controller, a flap control computer, a balancing actuator and the steering column, and the balancing controller comprises a manual balancing control module, an automatic driving balancing module, a flap balancing module and a balancing priority level judgment module. The manual trimming module generates a manual trimming signal according to the state of a manual trimming switch and sends the manual trimming signal to the trimming priority level judgment module, and the automatic driving trimming module generates an automatic driving trimming signal according to the automatic driving actuator torque sent by the automatic driving controller and sends the automatic driving trimming signal to the trimming priority level judgment module. The flap balancing module generates a flap balancing signal according to the change rate of the flap angle sent by the flap control computer and sends the flap balancing signal to the balancing priority level judgment module, balancing priority level judgment logic is built in the balancing priority level judgment module, and the flap balancing module judges the flap angle according to the balancing priority level judgment logic. And outputting a balancing rate corresponding to the priority balancing signal to a balancing actuator.
