The invention discloses an FPSO outer turret supporting structure block installing, positioning and adjusting method. The method comprises the following steps that a, a guide beam is installed in the middle of a deck of an outer turret supporting structure block; b, guide clamping plates are installed on the two sides, corresponding to the guide beams, of the middle of an original ship deck; c, adjusting tools are installed on the two sides of a deck closure opening of the outer turret supporting structure block; d, jack bases are installed on the two sides of the adjusting tool; e, the outer turret supporting structure block is hoisted to a ship and preliminarily positioned through a guide beam and a guide clamping plate; f, a jack is installed between the adjusting tool and the jack base, and the jack is operated to conduct jacking till tight jacking is achieved; and g, the sea crane is unhooked, and the outer turret supporting structure block is finally positioned and adjusted by operating the jack and the adjusting tool according to the structure alignment condition. According to the positioning and adjusting method, the operation time of the sea crane is shortened, the working efficiency is improved, the cost is reduced, positioning and adjusting can be continued after the sea crane is unhooked, and the structure alignment precision is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种FPSO外转塔支撑结构总段安装定位调整方法,包括以下步骤:a、在外转塔支撑结构总段的甲板中间位置安装导向梁;b、在原船甲板中间对应于导向梁位置两侧安装导向卡板;c、在外转塔支撑结构总段的甲板合拢口两侧安装调整工装;d、在调整工装的两侧安装千斤顶底座;e、外转塔支撑结构总段吊装到船上通过导向梁和导向卡板初步定位;f、在调整工装及千斤顶底座间安装千斤顶,操作千斤顶进行顶升直至顶紧;g、海吊摘钩,根据结构对位情况,通过操作千斤顶及调整工装对外转塔支撑结构总段的最终定位调整。本发明定位调整方法,减少了海吊的作业时间,提高工作效率,降低成本,且海吊摘钩后可继续进行定位调整,保证结构对位精度。
