    本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种商用汽车铝合金鞍座。本发明提供了这样一种商用汽车铝合金鞍座,包括有底座、耐磨板、滑动板、插销、润滑机构和开阀机构等,底座上连接有两个耐磨板,耐磨板上均滑动式连接有滑动板,滑动板均与相邻的耐磨板密封接触,底座上滑动式连接有插销,底座前部设有润滑机构,底座上设有开阀机构。本发明通过控制电机驱动双向螺杆转动,使挤压板往相互远离的一侧运动,在连接架的作用下会使阀门打开,再将润滑油脂加入储油筒内,然后控制电机驱动双向螺杆反转,阀门关闭,挤压板和阀门能够将储油筒内的润滑油脂挤出至耐磨板和销轴内,从而自动对耐磨板和销轴进行润滑,提高工作效率。
