In order to better and automatically keep the distance between a driving vehicle and a front vehicle, the invention provides an AI visual perception automatic distance keeping auxiliary system, which comprises an image acquisition module, a processing module, a communication module, a feedback module and a control module, the image acquisition module, the communication module, the feedback module and the control module are controllably linked to the processing module respectively; wherein the image acquisition module comprises a camera module, a laser radar module and a thermal imaging module, and the camera module, the laser radar module and the thermal imaging module are respectively connected to the processing module in a communication manner; wherein the processing module comprises a vehicle-mounted processing module and an external processing module, and the external processing module is in communication connection with the vehicle-mounted processing module through the communication module.
