The invention discloses an electric control brake system pedal displacement sensor assembling structure which comprises a valve block, a sensor stator assembly is installed on the upper end face of the valve block in an inverted buckling mode, the sensor stator assembly comprises an end cover, a circuit board assembly and a body, the end cover is detachably fixed to one side of the body, and the circuit board assembly is detachably fixed to the interior of the body through interference fit; the circuit board assembly comprises a circuit board and an L-shaped terminal, and the L-shaped terminal is welded and fixed on the end surface of one side of the circuit board through a surface mount; and the circuit board assembly is assembled and positioned through the positioning holes and the ribbed positioning columns. According to the invention, the L-shaped terminal is welded with a sensor circuit board patch, the circuit board and the body are assembled and fixed by adopting a buckle structure and then are assembled and positioned with a clamping groove of a valve block through an inverted buckle of an anti-rotation boss, the process is simple, the cost is low, and disassembly and repair can be carried out; the sensor circuit board assembly is wrapped by the first body and the second body, so that the circuit board assembly is effectively protected from being damaged, the defective rate is reduced, and the transportation safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电控刹车系统踏板位移传感器装配结构,包括:阀块,阀块上端面倒扣安装有传感器定子组件,传感器定子组件包括端盖,电路板总成和本体,端盖可拆卸固定于本体一侧,电路板总成通过过盈配合可拆卸固定于本体内部;电路板总成包括电路板和L型端子,L型端子通过表面贴片焊接固定在电路板一侧端面上;电路板总成通过定位孔和带筋定位柱装配定位。本发明采用L型端子与传感器电路板贴片焊接,电路板和本体采用卡扣结构装配固定后通过防转凸台倒扣与阀块的卡槽装配定位,工艺简单,成本低,且可以拆卸和返修;第一本体和第二本体将传感器电路板总成包裹在内,有效保护电路板总成不受损伤,降低了次品率,提升了运输安全性。
