When one of the first battery pack and the second battery pack is discharged, the other one of the first battery pack and the second battery pack is charged, that is, one of the two battery packs of the battery self-heating system is charged and the other one is discharged, so that the total voltage fluctuation of the battery self-heating system is relatively small; in the self-heating process of charging and discharging of the first battery pack and the second battery pack, damage to the battery packs can be reduced through small voltage fluctuation.
