本发明公开一种主动控制电驱动电气化公路受电弓,包括受电弓底座、对称设置的左侧升降弓组件和右侧升降弓组件、弓头;左侧升降弓组件包括左侧上弓臂、左侧下弓臂、左侧下弓臂连杆、左侧电推杆;左侧下弓臂铰接受电弓底座和左侧上弓臂,下端固接左侧下弓臂连杆,左侧电推杆与左侧下弓臂连杆一端铰接;弓头连接在左侧上弓臂和右侧上弓臂上方,其上间隔连接有左侧碳滑板和右侧碳滑板,并通过左侧弓头绝缘子和右侧弓头绝缘子实现绝缘;左侧上弓臂和右侧上弓臂的下端还固接有上弓臂连杆座,上弓臂连杆座与受电弓底座之间连接有上弓臂连杆。本发明受电弓采用电推杆直接驱动,结构精简,缩减了安装空间,特别适用于顶部空间较小的重载货运车辆。

The left lifting bow assembly comprises a left upper bow arm, a left lower bow arm, a left lower bow arm connecting rod and a left electric push rod; the lower end of the left side lower bow arm is fixedly connected with a left side lower bow arm connecting rod, and the left side electric push rod is hinged to one end of the left side lower bow arm connecting rod; the pantograph head is connected above the left-side upper pantograph arm and the right-side upper pantograph arm, a left-side carbon slide plate and a right-side carbon slide plate are connected on the pantograph head at intervals, and insulation is realized through a left-side pantograph head insulator and a right-side pantograph head insulator; the lower ends of the left upper pantograph arm and the right upper pantograph arm are fixedly connected with upper pantograph arm connecting rod seats; and upper pantograph arm connecting rods are connected between the upper pantograph arm connecting rod seats and the pantograph base. The pantograph is directly driven by the electric push rod, the structure is simple, the installation space is reduced, and the pantograph is particularly suitable for heavy-load freight vehicles with small top space.
