The invention relates to a battery replacing support with heating and deicing functions. The battery replacing support comprises a quick replacing frame, a water heating pipeline, a water inlet and a water outlet. Two water heating pipe branches are arranged on a thick cross beam in the middle of the quick-change frame, and a water heating pipe strip main path is arranged on four thin cross beams on the periphery of the quick-change frame. The water inlet and the water outlet are fixed to the two sides of the high-voltage distribution box and welded to the water heating pipeline. The battery replacement block is provided with four quick-change lock shafts; and a water heating pipe branch for heating is arranged in a gap between each quick-change lock shaft and the quick-change frame. The heating pipeline is additionally arranged in the quick-change frame and used for heating the gap between the quick-change lock shaft and the quick-change frame, the water heating pipeline and the quick-change frame are fixed through the bolt fixing buckle, the adaptability of the quick-change battery of the electric vehicle is improved, and the overall structure of the battery is greatly simplified; the heating pipe under the quick-change frame can improve the applicability of the vehicle in a cold region, and the heat utilization efficiency of the whole vehicle can be greatly improved; and during battery replacement, residual water in the lock hole can be prevented from being frozen through the waste heat of the cooling liquid in the pipe.

    本发明涉及一种兼具加热除冰功能的换电支架,包括快换框架、水暖管路、进水口和出水口;快换框架中间一条粗横梁布置两条水暖管支路,四周四条细横梁布置一条水暖管条主路;进水口和出水口固定在高压配电盒的两侧,与水暖管路焊接;还包括带有四个快换锁轴的换电块;每个快换锁轴与快换框架之间的缝隙均设有水暖管支路加热。本发明在快换框架内部加装加热管路用以加热快换锁轴和快换框架间的缝隙,将水暖管路和快换框架采用螺栓固定扣固定,提升了电动汽车快换电池的适应性,大大简化了电池整体结构;快换框架下的加热管可提高车辆在寒区的适用性,且该发明可大幅提升整车热量利用效率;在换电时可通过管内冷却液的余热避免锁孔内残留的水结冰。
