The invention discloses a control method and system for a rescue system of a home elevator. The control method comprises the steps that an elevator help-seeking end responds to a help-seeking instruction, generates a first rescue task according to the help-seeking instruction, determines a current calling target and sends a communication request to a rescue terminal of rescue workers and a mobile terminal of the current calling target. Wherein the communication request comprises a call request. And the elevator help-seeking end receives communication allowing signals returned by the mobile terminal of the current calling target and the rescue terminal so as to establish call connection between the mobile terminal of the current calling target and the rescue terminal. And the elevator help-seeking end sends the first rescue task to the rescue terminal, receives the rescue state, fed back by the rescue terminal, of the rescue worker and displays the rescue state. Communication data among the elevator help-seeking end, the rescue terminal and the mobile terminal of the current calling target are interconnected and intercommunicated to realize three-party cooperative communication, so that voice interaction among corresponding roles is realized, the rescue communication time is shortened, and the anxiety of trapped persons is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种家用电梯的救援系统的控制方法及系统,控制方法包括:电梯求救端响应求救指令,根据求救指令,生成第一救援任务,并确定当前呼叫目标,向救援人员的救援终端和当前呼叫目标的移动终端发送通信请求。其中,通信请求包括通话请求。电梯求救端接收当前呼叫目标的移动终端和救援终端返回的允许通信信号,以建立当前呼叫目标的移动终端和救援终端间的通话连接。电梯求救端向救援终端发送第一救援任务,接收救援终端反馈的救援人员的救援状态,显示救援状态。电梯求救端、救援终端和当前呼叫目标的移动终端之间的通信数据互联互通,实现三方的协同通信,从而实现对应的角色间的语音交互,减少救援沟通的时间,缓解被困人员的焦虑。
