The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge monitoring, and particularly relates to a bridge anti-collision system and a monitoring device.The bridge anti-collision system comprises a central processing unit module, a radar module, a distance detection module, a water level detection module, a warning module and a gate module; the central processor module and the radar module are connected through signals. The radar module mounted on the bridge is matched with the water level detection module to measure and calculate the ship and the bottom space of the bridge in heavy rain and flood environments, the ship is guided to pass through the warning module and the gate module, collision between the top of the ship and the bridge due to water level rise is reduced, and the safety of the ship is improved. Therefore, ships and bridges are damaged to different degrees.
