The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and particularly discloses a vehicle space-time trajectory filling method based on urban dynamic traffic and road upstream and downstream characteristics, which is a solution for the problem of missing automatic license plate recognition data at urban intersections, and comprises the following steps: generating a vehicle initial trajectory according to license plate number matching; for the missing part, using a depth-first algorithm to generate an alternative trajectory set as an initialized particle set; on the basis of a particle filtering algorithm, the particle aggregation number of all particles is obtained through urban dynamic traffic feature resampling, the particle with the maximum particle aggregation number serves as a filling result, and vehicle space trajectory filling is completed; road section travel time is divided into free flow time, parking time and congestion time, and travel time is distributed to each road section by calculating the parking probability and the congestion degree of each road section; and a Copula function is used for modeling the upstream and downstream correlation of the road, the Copula function is used for sampling, the travel time of each road section of the upstream and the downstream is obtained, and vehicle time track filling is completed.

    本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,具体公开了一种基于城市动态交通和道路上下游特征的车辆时空轨迹填补方法,是一种针对城市交叉口自动车牌识别数据缺失问题的解决方法,包括:根据车牌号匹配生成车辆初始轨迹;针对缺失部分使用深度优先算法生成备选轨迹集合,作为初始化粒子集合;基于粒子滤波算法,经过城市动态交通特征重采样得到所有粒子的粒子聚集数,将粒子聚集数最大的粒子作为填补结果,完成车辆空间轨迹填补;将路段行程时间分为自由流时间、停车时间和拥堵时间,通过计算每个路段的停车概率和拥挤程度,将出行时间分配至各个路段;使用Copula函数对道路上下游相关关系进行建模,并使用Copula函数采样,得到上下游各个路段的行程时间,完成车辆时间轨迹填补。
