A nickel-titanium shape memory alloy spacecraft connection and separation structure belongs to the technical field of spacecraft connection and separation and is composed of a top cover, an incomplete spherical main body, a multi-stage nickel-titanium shape memory alloy telescopic rod group, a single-stage nickel-titanium shape memory alloy telescopic rod group and a bottom cover which are of a vertically symmetrical structure, and the appearance of the nickel-titanium shape memory alloy spacecraft connection and separation structure is a spherical body after connection. The temperature of the multi-stage telescopic rod set and the temperature of the single-stage nickel-titanium shape memory alloy telescopic rod set are changed through electric heating wires connected through wires, stretching and retracting of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy are further triggered, stretching and retracting of the multi-stage telescopic rod set and the single-stage nickel-titanium shape memory alloy telescopic rod set can be achieved, and therefore connection and separation of spacecrafts are completed. The device is simple in structure and small in space size, connection between spacecrafts is facilitated through the spherical body, the device can adapt to different spacecrafts, and modular connection is achieved; and the retraction amount of the multi-stage nickel-titanium shape memory alloy telescopic rod group is 2.8 times of the retraction amount under the same space size, so that the application range can be greatly expanded.

    一种镍钛形状记忆合金航天器连接分离结构属航天器连接分离技术领域,本发明由顶盖、非完整球型主体、多级镍钛形状记忆合金伸缩杆组、单级镍钛形状记忆合金伸缩杆组和底盖组成,且成上下对称结构,连接后外观呈球型体。多级伸缩杆组和单级镍钛形状记忆合金伸缩杆组通过导线连接的电热丝来改变温度,进一步触发镍钛形状记忆合金的伸缩,能实现多级伸缩杆组和单级镍钛形状记忆合金伸缩杆组的伸缩,从而完成航天器的连接和分离。本发明结构简单,空间尺寸小,球型体易于航天器之间的连接,可适应不同的航天器,实现模块化连接;多级镍钛形状记忆合金伸缩杆组的回缩量是同一空间尺寸下回缩量的2.8倍,能极大地扩展应用范围。
