The invention relates to the technical field of railway flatcar emergency disposal, in particular to a novel loading and unloading platform. The novel loading and unloading platform comprises rectangular flat plates, trapezoidal flat plates, butt straps, springboards, first supporting legs and second supporting legs, the multiple rectangular flat plates are spliced to form a main platform and used for being in lap joint with the transverse side edges of a railway flatcar, the multiple first supporting legs are installed at the bottom of the main platform, and the multiple trapezoidal flat plates are spliced to form side platforms. The plurality of second supporting legs are mounted at the bottom of the side platform; the two ends of the main platform are connected with the side platforms on the two sides through the corresponding butt straps respectively, and the springboards are installed at the ends, away from the main platform, of the side platforms. The problem that emergency unloading difficulty of moving loads is large when a railway flatcar is located in the middle of a train can be solved.

    本发明涉及铁路平车应急处置技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型装卸载站台。本发明的新型装卸载站台,包括矩形平板、梯形平板、搭板、跳板、第一支腿和第二支腿,多个矩形平板拼接形成主站台且用于搭接铁路平车的横向侧边,多个第一支腿安装于主站台的底部,多个梯形平板拼接形成侧站台,多个第二支腿安装于侧站台的底部;主站台的两端分别通过对应的搭板与两侧的侧站台连接,跳板安装在侧站台远离主站台的一端。其能够解决铁路平车位于列车中部时移动荷载的应急卸载难度大的问题。
