An idler assembly (200) includes a hub (202) defining an axis of rotation (204), a radial direction (206), and a circumferential direction (208); and a stepped circumferential surface (210) having a first radially inner face (212) and a radially outer circumferential surface (214), thereby forming a raised ridge (216). The radially outer circumferential surface (214) defines an outer diameter and the first radially inner face (212) defines an inner diameter (ID). The ratio of the outer diameter (OD) to the inner diameter (ID) ranges from 1.06 to 1.28.
