The invention relates to a global deployment and control system based on multi-network data fusion, which adopts an Flink streaming data processing technology to collect data of portrait checkpoints, vehicle checkpoints, technical network electronic tracks, wif probes and the like, and adopts a people stream situation analysis model to perform analysis, research and judgment to form forecast information; the early warning information is pushed to an external instruction system, and an instruction is automatically generated and circulated; carrying out visual display on the concerned personnel, the injected vehicles and the areas; and performing classified statistics according to event levels and types, and performing statistics on the number of people and vehicles in key areas. The method can deploy and control a specified focused object target, and effectively reduces unnecessary data comparison and calculation times in a deployment and control system; the net touching track and the advancing direction of the focused object can be mastered in real time, the triggered early warning information is pushed outwards, and closed-loop disposal is completed.

    本发明涉及一种基于多网数据融合的全域布控系统,采用Flink流式数据处理技术,采集人像卡口、车辆卡口、技网电子轨迹、wif探针等数据,并采用人流态势分析模型进行分析研判,形成预报信息;将预警信息推送至外部指令系统,自动生成指令并进行流转;对关注人员、注车辆、区域进行可视化展现;按事件等级、类型进行分类统计,对重点区域的人数、车辆进行统计。本发明可对指定的重点关注对象目标进行布控,有效减少布控系统中非必要的数据比对和计算次数;可实时掌握重点关注对象的触网轨迹及行进去向,将触发的预警信息向外推送,完成闭环处置。
