The system comprises a propeller, a pod thruster, a second inverter, a cold heat exchanger, a water tank, a cold storage device, a refrigerator, a base, a PEM fuel cell, a fifth control valve and a hydrogen storage tank. The energy storage device has high energy conversion efficiency, cold energy and heat energy can be stored for a long time, and electric energy of the solar photovoltaic power generation panel can be more effectively utilized.
