According to the solar cell array shunt protection circuit for the satellite, a current sensor is installed at the output end of a solar cell array to obtain the total output current of the solar cell array; the current acquisition circuit acquires current flowing to electric equipment; the voltage summing circuit sums the voltage of each solar cell sub-array of the solar cell array in proportion; and the protection MOS tubes are in one-to-one correspondence with the shunt MOS tubes of each solar cell sub-array, and are in a normally-on state in a normal state. And the MCU and the driving circuit calculate shunt current according to input information and judge the number of solar cell subarrays which are shunted, so that voltage Vmr is obtained, the voltage Vmr is compared with proportional summation voltage, the shunt state is judged, a fault branch is identified, and a protection MOS tube corresponding to the branch is controlled to be disconnected. A solution thought is provided for the satellite shunt protection circuit, the fault position of the satellite solar cell array shunt circuit can be automatically judged, corresponding protection action is performed, the circuit and the control method are simple, and the reliability of the system is improved.
一种卫星用太阳电池阵分流保护电路,电流传感器安装在太阳电池阵的输出端,获取太阳电池阵输出总电流;电流采集电路采集流向用电设备的电流;电压求和电路将太阳电池阵各个太阳电池子阵的电压按比例进行求和;保护MOS管与各个太阳电池子阵的分流MOS管一一对应,正常状态下为常接通状态。MCU及驱动电路根据输入信息计算分流电流,判断正在分流的太阳电池子阵数,由此得到电压Vmr并与比例求和电压比较,判定分流状态,识别故障支路并控制该支路对应保护MOS管断开。本发明为卫星分流保护电路提供了解决思路,能够自动判断卫星太阳电池阵分流电路的故障位置并作出相应保护动作,电路及控制方法简单,提高了系统的可靠性。
