An information processing method for an information processing device (10) provided with a control unit (11) includes: a first step in which the control unit (11) acquires position information indicating changes over time in positions of a plurality of users; a second step in which the control unit (11) predicts the number of users in a specific set of times at the boarding/alighting point for boarding/alighting the vehicle (30), on the basis of the change over time of the positions of the plurality of users indicated by the position information; and a third step in which the control unit (11) determines a vehicle scheduling schedule for the vehicles (30) facing the boarding/alighting point on the basis of the number of users predicted to be at the boarding/alighting point at the specific time set.
