The invention discloses a compact ultra-light space camera structure, the whole camera structure is located above a main bearing backboard, the main backboard can be directly installed on a satellite deck, and the installation stability is extremely high. The camera is compact in structure and small in size envelope, meanwhile, a main force bearing structure is made of an M40 carbon fiber material, the camera is designed in an ultra-light weight mode, and the overall mass is light. The product is small in size and light in weight, has high resolution and large-field-of-view imaging capability, can be carried on micro-nano satellites, and is small in size, weight and manufacturing difficulty, so that the development period and cost are reduced by several times or even reduced in magnitude. Meanwhile, the overall structure of the camera is preposed, a satellite deck does not need to be perforated or heightened, and the design and processing difficulty of a satellite is reduced. Therefore, the characteristics of the satellites can be utilized to realize flexible and fast networking formation of multiple satellites, and fast and efficient spaceflight information guarantee is provided for military requirements such as tactics and battle and civil requirements.

    本发明公开了一种紧凑型超轻量化空间相机结构,相机整体结构全部位于主承力背板上方,主背板可直接安装于卫星舱板上,具有极高的安装稳定性。相机结构紧凑,体积包络很小,同时主承力结构均采用M40碳纤维材料,相机采用超轻量化设计,整体质量较轻。本产品体积小、重量轻,同时具有高分辨率与大视场成像能力,可搭载于微纳卫星,因其体积、重量与制造难度小,所以研制周期与成本成几倍甚至成量级下降。同时相机整体结构前置,卫星舱板无需开孔或加高支腿,降低了卫星的设计加工难度。因此可以利用卫星这些特点,实现多卫星机动灵活快速组网编队为战术战役等军事需求、及民用需求提供快速高效的航天信息保障。
