In a rising-side cable end housing section (21) in a cable attachment structure, a second housing section (52) is disposed on the side of a first housing section (51) from which a cable (6) extends, restricts movement of a spring (8) in a direction perpendicular to an axis (Q) of a terminal member main body (33), and has a cross-sectional area perpendicular to the axis (Q) smaller than that of the first housing section (51). The end surface (71) has formed therein a first through-hole (77) through which the cable (6) is inserted, and restricts the movement of the terminal member (32) to a predetermined or more side connected to the cable (6). The inner side surface (76) is formed along the axis (Q) from the outer edge of the end surface (71), and is disposed around the spring (8). The inner side surface (76) has an inclined portion (78) that is inclined toward the end surface (71) side of a partial surface of the inner side surface (76) to which the end member (32) approaches when tension is applied to the cable (6) so as to approach the axis (Q) toward the end surface (71).
