When the film thickness (T [[mu] m]) and the Si/C molar ratio (R [-]) of the coating film are measured at a plurality of arbitrary measurement points located on a first imaginary line obtained by translating the waist line of the vehicle upward 2.5 cm along the surface of the coating film and having an interval of 5.0 cm or more between two measurement points adjacent to each other, expressions (1A), (2A), and (3A) are satisfied: T < = 8.3741 * R-1.871... (1A), T > = 5.0120 * R-0.290... (2A), and R > = 0.4... (3A).
