The embodiment of the invention provides a fork tip anti-collision mechanism and a carrier, the fork tip anti-collision mechanism comprises a first mounting seat, a movable connecting piece, a collision piece and a photoelectric switch, and the movable connecting piece is movably connected with the first mounting seat; the collision piece and the first mounting base are arranged at an interval, the movable connecting piece is connected with the collision piece, and an opening is formed in the collision piece; the optoelectronic switch is connected with the first mounting base and used for emitting optical signals outwards, the fork tip anti-collision mechanism has a first state and a second state, and in the first state, the opening exposes the optoelectronic switch so that the optical signals emitted by the optoelectronic switch can be emitted out through the opening; and in the second state, the collision piece at least shields part of the photoelectric switch, so that the collision piece shields an optical signal emitted by the photoelectric switch. The fork tip anti-collision mechanism and the carrier can adapt to collision under various conditions, and the safety of the fork tip anti-collision mechanism is improved.
