The invention discloses a metal mining elevator and relates to the technical field of metal mining, the metal mining elevator comprises a suspension arm, a second supporting rod and a first supporting rod are arranged on the end face of one end of the suspension arm and the upper portion of one end of the suspension arm respectively, and guide wheels used for guiding a lifting rope are arranged at the ends, away from the suspension arm, of the second supporting rod and the first supporting rod; a self-lubricating assembly used for lubricating the lifting rope is arranged at the position, close to the first supporting rod, of the upper portion of the lifting arm, and a speed sensor used for monitoring the rotating speed of the guide wheel is installed on the side face of the end, away from the lifting arm, of the second supporting rod. According to the metal mining elevator, when a lifting rope needs to be lubricated, the lifting rope can be located in a rope hole in a sponge block under the effect of mutual repulsion between a fixed electromagnet and a movable electromagnet, then a cotton sliver can make contact with lubricating oil under the work of a servo motor, the sponge block can be wetted by the lubricating oil according to the capillary phenomenon principle, and therefore the lifting rope can be lubricated. Therefore, the lifting rope is self-lubricated.

    本发明公开了金属开采提升机,本发明涉及金属开采技术领域,包括吊臂,所述吊臂的一端端面和一端上部分别设置有第二支撑杆和第一支撑杆,第二支撑杆和第一支撑杆远离吊臂的一端均设置有用于对吊绳进行导向的导向轮,所述吊臂的上部靠近第一支撑杆处设置有用于对吊绳进行润滑的自润滑组件,所述第二支撑杆远离吊臂的一端侧面上安装有用于监测导向轮转速的速度传感器。该金属开采提升机,当需要对吊绳进行润滑时,利用定电磁铁和动电磁铁之间互相排斥的作用下,能够使吊绳位于海绵块上的绳孔中,然后在伺服电机的工作下,能够使棉条与润滑油接触,利用毛细现象的原理,润滑油能够润湿海绵块,从而对吊绳起到自润滑的作用。
