The distance between the two fixing plates is adjusted according to the size of a container, the problem that different lifting appliances need to be replaced when the containers of different sizes are lifted is solved, the lifting efficiency of the container is greatly improved, the stability of the container during lifting is greatly improved through cooperation of a motor, a roller shaft and a clamping block, and the safety of the container is improved. The problem that the container swings and shakes due to external factors in the hoisting period of the container in severe weather is solved, the safety of the container in the hoisting period is improved, the situation that the container falls off is avoided, and therefore the requirement for hoisting the wind-resistant self-balancing wharf container is met.

    本发明涉及一种抗风自平衡码头集装箱起吊装备,包括外壳组件和安装块,所述外壳组件的底端开设有两个凹槽,两个所述凹槽的内部两端设置有滑杆,改良后的集装箱起吊设备,通过双向伸缩杆、滑块和滑杆的配合,实现根据集装箱的尺寸对两个固定板之间的间距进行调节,解决了对不同尺寸集装箱进行吊装时需要更换不同吊具的问题,从而大幅提升集装箱的吊装效率,利用电动机、辊轴和夹块的配合,大幅提升集装箱在吊装期间的稳定性,解决了集装箱在恶劣天气吊装期间因外界因素而导致集装箱出现摇摆晃动的问题,增加集装箱在吊装期间的安全性,避免集装箱出现脱落的情况,从而符合抗风自平衡码头集装箱起吊需求。
