A traction rope of the first winch is connected with the magnetic adsorption cleaning robot in a buckled mode. The device can smoothly convey the robot to the bottom and the side wall in the tank from the outside of the tank, is simple in structure and convenient to operate, has an anti-falling function, ensures that the robot cannot fall and be damaged under abnormal conditions, and lays a foundation for the robot to carry high-pressure water to carry out radioactive storage tank cleaning and decontamination work.

    本发明公开了一种大型贮罐磁吸附机器人入罐装置及方法,包括装置机架、第一卷扬机、机器人升降翻转机构、磁吸附清洁机器人和第二卷扬机,大型储罐的上端设置有储罐入口和辅助牵引孔,装置机架位于储罐入口的上方,第二卷扬机位于辅助牵引孔的上方,第一卷扬机设置于装置机架的上段,机器人升降翻转机构设置于装置机架的下段,机器人升降翻转机构的驱动端与磁吸附清洁机器人通过磁吸可拆卸连接,第一卷扬机的牵引绳与磁吸附清洁机器人扣接连接。能够顺利将机器人从罐外送至罐内底部以及侧壁,结构简单、操作方便,且具有防坠落功能,确保机器人在异常情况下不会发生坠落受损的情况,为机器人携带高压水开展放射性贮罐清洗去污工作奠定了基础。
