The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum electrolysis cells, in particular to a lifting appliance for an upper structure of an aluminum electrolysis cell, which comprises two groups of lifting structures, each lifting structure is provided with a lifting ring, an upper lifting appliance welding assembly and a lower lifting appliance welding assembly, the lifting rings are connected with the upper lifting appliance welding assemblies, and the upper lifting appliance welding assemblies are detachably connected with the lower lifting appliance welding assemblies. The two groups of hoisting structures are respectively arranged at a flue end and an aluminum outlet end of the aluminum electrolysis cell, and hoisting rings of the two groups of hoisting structures are respectively connected with two hoisting hooks of one crown block. The two lifting structures are arranged to be connected with the two lifting hooks of one crown block correspondingly, so that the transverse length is shortened, the size of the lifting appliance is reduced, and the lifting appliance can be suitable for lifting the upper structure, close to the end vestibule, of the aluminum electrolysis cell to the end vestibule; and pseudo soldering caused by temporary welding of the lifting lug in a magnetic field environment is avoided.

    本发明涉及铝电解槽技术领域,具体为一种铝电解槽上部结构的吊具,包括2组吊装结构,吊装结构具有1个吊环、上吊具焊接组件和下吊具焊接组件,吊环与上吊具焊接组件相连,上吊具焊接组件与下吊具焊接组件装卸相连,2组吊装结构分别布置于铝电解槽的烟道端和出铝端,2组吊装结构的吊环分别与1个天车的2个吊钩相连。通过设置2组吊装结构分别与1个天车的2个吊钩相连,缩小了横向长度,减小了吊具体积,使其能够适用于靠近端部通廊的铝电解槽上部结构向端部通廊的吊运,通过设置装卸相连的上吊具焊接组件和下吊具焊接组件,避免了在磁场环境下临时焊接吊耳所导致的虚焊情况。
