The embodiment of the invention discloses a large wind turbine blade air pressure hoisting device which comprises a main body frame, lever assemblies, triangular plate assemblies, a hoisting assembly and an air pressure assembly, the main body frame is of an equilateral triangle structure, and the lever assemblies are installed below all corners of the main body frame; the triangular plate assemblies are installed below the two ends of the lever assembly, each triangular plate assembly is of an equilateral triangle structure, the hoisting assemblies are installed below all corners of each triangular plate assembly, each hoisting assembly is provided with a circular ring, the lever assembly is provided with an air pressure assembly, and the air pressure assemblies provide negative pressure for the circular rings. By the adoption of the device, the safe hoisting and dismounting process of the large-size blade can be achieved through air pressure control, automatic dismounting can be achieved after the carrying and lifting process is finished, short-distance operation of workers is not needed, the hoisting, lifting and carrying process of the large-size blade is achieved, and numerous operation working conditions are met.

    本发明实施例公开了一种大型风力机叶片气压吊装装置,包括主体框架、杠杆组件、三角板组件、起吊组件和气压组件,所述主体框架呈等边三角形结构,所述主体框架的每个边角下均安装有所述杠杆组件,所述杠杆组件的两端下均安装有所述三角板组件,所述三角板组件呈等边三角形结构,所述三角板组件的每个边角下均安装有所述起吊组件,所述起吊组件具有圆环,所述杠杆组件设置有气压组件,所述气压组件为所述圆环提供负压。采用本发明,通过利用气压控制可实现大型叶片安全吊装和拆卸过程,并且在搬运托举过程结束后可以自动拆卸而无需工作人员近距离操作,实现较大尺寸叶片的起吊、托举和搬运过程,满足众多操作工况。
