The invention relates to a space docking device based on shape memory pod rods, and belongs to the technical field of space docking. The frame is of a rectangular box body structure; the motor drum is arranged in the middle of an inner cavity of the frame; the pod rod is wound on the motor winding drum; the guide mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the inner cavity of the frame; the tail end of the pod rod penetrates through the guide mechanism and extends out of the side wall of the frame; the hand-eye camera is installed on the outer side wall of the frame and located above the extending end of the pod rod. The rewinding rolling shaft is arranged on the outer side of the frame and is used for clamping the extending end of the pod rod; the heating module is arranged on the outer side of the rewinding rolling shaft to heat the pod rod; the magnetic butt joint is mounted at the tail end of the pod rod; the pointing adjusting mechanism is arranged at the top of the frame; the docking process is simplified, the weight and cost of the docking mechanism are reduced, the requirement for attitude keeping precision in the docking process is lowered, and low-impact and repeatable docking of small and medium sized spacecrafts can be achieved.

    本发明涉及一种基于形状记忆豆荚杆的空间对接装置,属于空间对接技术领域;框架为长方形箱体结构;电机卷筒设置在框架的内腔中部;豆荚杆缠绕在电机卷筒上;导向机构设置在框架内腔的底端;豆荚杆的末端穿过导向机构从框架侧壁处伸出;手眼相机安装在框架的外侧壁处,且位于豆荚杆伸出端的上方;回卷滚压轴设置在框架的外侧,对豆荚杆的伸出端进行夹紧;加热模块设置在回卷滚压轴的外侧,实现对豆荚杆的加热;磁力对接头安装在豆荚杆的末端;指向调节机构设置在框架的顶部;本发明简化对接流程,降低了对接机构的重量与成本,降低对接过程姿态保持精度要求,可实现中小型航天器低冲击、可重复对接。
