The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft manufacturing, in particular to an inertial navigation three-axis adjusting device which comprises a rotary table base. The first rotating table is rotationally arranged on the rotating table base; the first driving assembly is arranged on the rotary table base; the second rotating table is rotationally arranged on the first rotating table; the second driving assembly is arranged on the first rotating table; the load frame body is rotationally arranged on the second rotating table; the third driving assembly is arranged on the second rotating table; and the balancing assembly is arranged on the second rotating table. According to the method, the accuracy of results of precision calibration and non-zero attitude skewness navigation error analysis can be improved, and meanwhile, the adaptability to different industrial sites is improved.
