The invention relates to the technical field of aviation structure design, and particularly discloses an aircraft with a replaceable wingtip and a wingtip replacement method. The aircraft comprises an aircraft main body and two wingtip devices, wing tips are fixedly connected to the two sides of the aircraft body respectively, butt joint ribs are fixedly arranged at the ends, away from the aircraft body, of the wing tips, and first pin holes and second pin holes are formed in the butt joint ribs; a root rib is fixedly arranged at one end of the wingtip device, and two shear pins are mounted on the root rib; the butt joint rib is attached to the root rib, the two shear pins are inserted into the first pin holes and the second pin holes respectively and matched with the first pin holes, the shape of the second pin holes is the shape of the two first pin holes which are arranged in the working direction and communicated with each other, and the working direction is located on the connecting line of the two shear pins. According to the split design of the aircraft, the wing tip of the aircraft can be quickly disassembled and assembled, interchangeable connection of the wing tip and the wing tip device is completed, the replacement efficiency of the wing tip device is improved, and the weight of the aircraft is reduced.

    本发明涉及航空结构设计技术领域,具体公开了翼尖可更换飞机及翼尖更换方法。该飞机包括飞机主体和两个翼尖装置;飞机主体两侧分别固接有一个机翼梢部,机翼梢部远离飞机主体的一端固设有对接肋,对接肋上开设有第一销孔和第二销孔;翼尖装置的一端固设有根肋,根肋上安装有两个剪切销;对接肋与根肋相贴靠,两个剪切销分别插设于第一销孔和第二销孔,剪切销与第一销孔相匹配,第二销孔的形状为两个在工作方向上排列且连通的第一销孔的形状,工作方向位于两个剪切销的连线上。该飞机的分体设计实现了飞机翼尖的快速拆装,完成了机翼梢部与翼尖装置的互换性连接,提高了翼尖装置的更换效率,降低了飞机的重量。
