The posture-adjustable deep-sea pneumatic bottom-sitting buffering device comprises a cabin body, a high-pressure gas tank is arranged at the stern position in the cabin body, a first electromagnetic valve is installed at one end of the cabin body through a pipeline, a header pipe extends out of the other end of the cabin body, three branch pipes are arranged on the header pipe in a branched mode, and two sets of air cylinders are symmetrically installed on two branch pipes; a piston rod of the air cylinder is fixedly provided with a bottom supporting leg, the bottom supporting leg extends out of the cabin body and then is connected with a bottom plate through a hinge, and a hole is formed in the bottom of the bottom plate. Bottom-sitting buffering is achieved by connecting air cylinders to bow and stern bottom-sitting supporting legs of the deep-sea manned equipment respectively, compressed air in a high-pressure air tank is used for changing the pressure in the bow and stern air cylinders and adjusting the stroke of air cylinder pistons, and then the height of the bow and stern supporting legs is adjusted, so that posture adjustment of the deep-sea manned equipment in the bottom-sitting process is achieved.
一种姿态可调的深海气动坐底缓冲装置及操作方法,包括舱体,其内部艉部位置设置有高压气罐,其一端通过管路安装有一号电磁阀,其另一端伸出有一根总管,总管上分支有三根分支管,其中两根分支管对称安装两组气缸,中间一根分支管通过四号电磁阀连接高压气软管,气缸的活塞杆固定有坐底支撑腿,坐底支撑腿伸出舱体后通过铰链连接坐底板,坐底板的底部设置有孔。通过在深海载人装备的艏艉坐底支撑腿上分别连接气缸,用于实现坐底缓冲,并利用高压气罐内的压缩空气,改变艏艉气缸内的压力,调节气缸活塞的行程,进而调节艏艉支撑腿的高度,以实现深海载人装备在坐底时的姿态调整。
