The invention discloses an omni-directional escape and self-rescue device and method for a seabed mine collecting car. The omni-directional escape and self-rescue device comprises a grouting system and an escape device. The escape self-rescue device comprises a steering system, a telescopic rod, a hydraulic rod, a hydraulic control system, a supporting plate and a shearing plate, round holes are evenly distributed in the supporting plate, distance sensors are arranged at the four corners of the supporting plate, the steering system controls the escape device to rotate to the position above the flat terrain, and the hydraulic control system controls the longitudinal hydraulic rod to shear the shear plate. The supporting plate is supported on the seabed surface, and the shearing plate is inserted into the seabed; by controlling a transverse hydraulic rod, a shear plate extrudes a soil body, relative displacement is generated, and the vehicle body is dragged; the grouting system comprises a grouting pump, a slurry conveying pipe, a plurality of grouting holes and a grouting pipeline. By means of the method and device, omni-directional escape and self-rescue of the mine car after the mine car sinks under the poor substrate in the deep-sea mining process can be achieved, and continuous operation of mining work is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种海底集矿车全方向脱困自救装置及方法,包括注浆系统及脱困装置;所述脱困自救装置包括转向系统、伸缩杆、液压杆、液压控制系统,支撑板以及剪切板,所述支撑板均匀布设圆孔且四角设有距离传感器,转向系统控制脱困装置旋转至平坦地形上方,液压控制系统通过控制纵向液压杆,使支撑板支撑于海床面上,且剪切板插入海床中;通过控制横向液压杆,使剪切板挤压土体,产生相对位移,对车体进行拖曳;所述注浆系统包括注浆泵、输浆管、多个注浆孔以及注浆管道。该方法及装置能够实现集矿车在深海采矿过程矿车不良底质下沉陷后全方向的脱困自救,保证采矿工作持续运行。
